Day 1 Research
Step 1:You will be using the custom search engine above to research the copyright and fair use guidelines for your subject. Make sure to look up information on all of the words given to you.

Step 2: Give each member of your group a word to research. Make sure you are taking notes and citing your sources in a word document. The notes and sources will be turned in for a grade in the end. Group members may have to do more than one word. Pair up if there is an uneven amount.
Day 2 Prepare to make video
Step 1: After your group is done researching, you will be creating a three minute long explanation video in "common craft" style about your subject. Go to commoncraft.com to watch some example videos. Watch the video below to help you get started.

Create a bubble map and have everyone in the group share in
key ideas about their words.
b. Come up with a list of pictures you will need to illustrate your
ideas.
c. Create your paper cut outs. Remember five inches tall and bold
dark outlines works best!
d. Write your narration
e. Practice your narration and moving pieces in and out.
Step 3: Write a script. Each group will need to hand in a script so make sure one of the group member is typing it up. This can be done while other group members are working on the illustrations.
