Copyright and fair use knowledge assessment: My first form of assessment is the the "copyright survey" students will take after they have watched each groups movie. Then, I can see what information needs to be reviewed further. After the information is reviewed, I will give the students a quiz over the information.

Project assessment: The students receive a rubric. They get graded on how they met the expectation in the rubric.

Teaching Strategy: This lesson is made for the teacher to take a more guide-on-the-side approach. The teacher can watch the students and guide them with questions, but the project the information should be found on their own through research.
